HT-Read Sequencing
High Throughput Read is characterized by low cost and fast sample processing and it is recommended for the customer that need to sequence great amount of samples.
Primm performs HT Read Service on bacterial clones, plasmidic template and PCR fragments, all DNAs should be supplied in 96 WPF from a minimum of 24 samples up to high throughput requests of thousands of them.
DNA will have to be standardized for concentration, quality and quantity before submission to HT Read service.
Delivery of results is providing as complete electropherograms checked for the absence of technical or electrophoretic problems; customers should be aware that “Single Read” reactions could contain ambiguities and mistakes.
